Step into the world of custom, hand-knitted socks!

In this workshop, you’ll learn the techniques needed to knit comfortable, well-fitting socks. We’ll cover different methods for heels and toes, shaping the foot, and using circular needles or double-pointed needles for seamless knitting.

This class is perfect for knitters who are comfortable with intermediate skills and want to create wearable, handmade socks.

You’ll learn:

  • How to knit in the round using DPNs and magic loop

  • Cuff, heel, and toe shaping techniques

  • Tips for achieving the right fit

  • Finishing techniques for neat, durable socks

Skill Level: Comfortable with knit and purl stitches; basic increases and decreases recommended.

Supplies: Bring along some sock yarn and double pointed needles, and a circular needle in size 2 or 2.5mm if you have them.
